Every year, it is reported that some campers use sleeping pads, which cause air leakage due to various reasons. The body only relies on the protection of the sleeping bag to cling to the ground, causing body hypothermia and discomfort.

This sleeping pad separate the mattress into two chambers. This allows the welds of the upper and lower chambers to be staggered across the mattress, providing optimal support and insulation, and a unique comfort fine-tuning feature. On uneven terrain, the bottom layer of the mattress can be inflated to a high pressure to create a barrier. Even if one layer is punctured, the other layer of the mattress remains intact, so you can still spend a peaceful night.

An inflatable cushion with good thermal insulation performance includes a top layer fabric, an interlayer fabric, a bottom layer fabric and an aluminum film, wherein the top layer fabric and the bottom layer fabric are combined at their peripheries to form a closed inflatable space, and an air nozzle is provided to inflate/exhaust the inside.

The top layer fabric and the interlayer fabric are combined to form a top combination position, and the top combination position has a plurality of intervals, and the bottom layer fabric and the interlayer fabric are combined to form a bottom combination position, and the bottom combination position has a plurality of intervals, and the bottom combination position and the top combination position are evenly staggered;

In order to allow the air chamber between the top combination positions to be connected, the top combination position is spaced from the periphery combination position of the top layer fabric and the bottom layer fabric, and similarly, the bottom combination position is spaced from the periphery combination position of the top layer fabric and the bottom layer fabric.

The aluminum film is arranged between the interlayer fabric and the bottom layer fabric, and the aluminum film is provided with a clearance port corresponding to the bottom combination position. The bottom layer fabric and the interlayer fabric are combined through the clearance port, and the aluminum film is not hot-pressed and fused with the top layer fabric, the interlayer fabric and the bottom layer fabric.

Compared with the single-layer air cushion, the double-layer air cushion has a more stable structure. In addition, compared with the traditional double-layer air cushion, by adding an aluminum film between the interlayer fabric and the bottom layer fabric, the air-filled space between the interlayer fabric and the bottom layer fabric can be divided into two layers, that is, the air-filled space is divided into multiple layers without increasing the number of overall air cushion layers, which can not only reduce gas convection and heat exchange between gases, but also reduce radiation heat exchange and avoid heat loss, thereby greatly enhancing the thermal insulation performance of the air cushion.

To further improve the thermal insulation performance, a layer of aluminum film is also provided between the top layer fabric and the interlayer fabric, and the aluminum film is also provided with a clearance opening corresponding to the top joint position.

A layer of thin film is also provided between the top layer fabric and the interlayer fabric, and a vent is provided at the position corresponding to the air nozzle of the thin film, so that air can enter between the thin film and the top layer fabric or between the thin film and the interlayer fabric to divide the air chamber formed by the top layer fabric and the interlayer fabric into two, thereby enhancing the warmth retention.
