We support all the products we sell. If you are not satisfied with the camper’s purchase, you can contact us to replace the product or refund(Brand new, not used), and you must contact us within 30 days of purchase. If our products have quality problems, you provide pictures and reasons to contact our email, we will refund according to reasonable reasons.
However, if the following problems occur, they are not within the scope of refund:
1. Occasional feather leakage in sleeping bag (normal phenomenon).
2. A small amount of thread ends for tent tailor.
Refund Return Conditions:
1. Brand new, can not be used (when you receive the product, you want to refund/return, the product must be brand new, if the product is used, we do not support no reason to return)

The camper’s satisfaction guarantee policy does not cover ordinary wear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
